Miracle #5
Early in the life of Goodmail, several skeptical investors told us that our plans made a lot of sense but were so audacious that a series of miracles would be required to accomplish them.
Richard relishes in telling people how one VC had told him: "You will need to pull seven miracles in a row".
Here is miracle #5, I convinced Stephan to dress up for a technical implementation meeting at a major bank:

Is there any possiblity we could convince him to get a haircut and a shave? Put that down for miracles #6 and #7 perhaps.
Well, let's not go overboard here please, that would push us into the double digit miracle number range ...
